Trunk trim parts?

I just bought a 2020 MKZ that was a dealer demo model (2,400 miles) and there are some trim pieces in the truck that look like someone took an ice pick to. Can anyone point me to a catalog of interior trim pieces so I can identify and replace this piece of trim?
