I live in the north of Mexico and I have an MKZ 2018 bought here, in Mexico.
Because in Mexico there is not Sirius XM service, the MKZ does not come with the Sirius XM application icon.
Can somebody tell me how to activate this application icon?
I live near the border and I can subscribe to the service, also I would like to use the application in the SYNC radio and don't have to install an external radio.
I already asked to the Mexican dealer, but they said they can't do it.
