Sagging Gas Filler Door

I have a 2015 MKZ Hybrid and the gas filler door is sagging. I know how to fix it if I can get the door assembly out but I can't figure out how to get it. I had the same problem with my F-150 and someone posted a video that I followed without issue bit I can't find anything on Lincolns. Can anyone tell me how to get the Glass filler door assembly out?:(
