problem with radio and climate control

I have a 2013 MKZ Base Model and recently I started having problems with my climate control and radio. the climate control goes crazy and the passenger side temp. will start dropping on its own and go all the way to low. while it is doing this I tried hitting the temp control button to raise it back up and nothing happens to the temp but the radio stations start changing while im hitting the temp. control button. so lets just say all the buttons are goin screwy.i hooked it up to forscan and got these codes does anyone know what these codes are and ho do I repair them?
