New MKZ User/Technician

Hi,

Calling myself an MKZ technician is a stretch. I recently got a job at a self driving car company that uses a 2016 Lincoln MKZ Hybrid as the car, and I am to be the main operator and technician. Since I am new to these cars, I will be posting my questions here and hopefully I will be able to solve the issues that I encounter.

As for my mechanical background, I have worked on my own cars and have done everything from oil changes to full engine rebuilds on my driveway. As well as having worked and done many of those jobs to other people's cars. However, my knowledge does not extend far beyond that of an avid hobbyist.
