Newly joined the forum. Looking forward to learning more about our 2015 z and perhaps getting to know a few members of the forum. My wife Bonnie and I live in New Orleans and we are also active on Thunderbirdnest.com a retro Thunderbird forum that make many road trips around the country. . My work car is a 2008 Crossfire so you can see the MKZ is our real car.

Visted NOLA in 2015. Loved it. The lady and I always talk about going back. Funny story. When I bought my MKZ in 2015, I was actually also looking at a 1963 Thunderbird. I always loved the Continentals, so the front end on the T-bird was an instant draw. At the time I was driving an old Volvo S70 and the miles (280k+) plus a banging transmission made me realize that it probably wasn't a good idea to jump on that 'bird. At times, wish I had, but it's true a DD (Daily Driver) was more important at the time. That T-bird is still owned by the same guy, he had difficulty giving it up. Maybe someday...
