I just bought a 2015 MKZ with myLincoln touch. How do I know if navigation is installed? I cannot get anything to work on the nav side. Also, how do I install apps to the system?

You need the SD cad that contains the proprietary maps. You can get it from your dealer, though it's not cheap.
