the Ecoboost MKZ will probably be amazing.
I know a cop that gets to drive the V6 Ecoboost Taurus Interceptor at his unit and he says it gets amazing MPG with normal driving. Even with a bit of hard driving it still does very well.

Yes, most all of the 2013 MKZ's on Fuelly.com are Hybrid Owners reporting on there. I think there is like one 2.0L Ecoboost owner and one V6 owner reporting on there. The rest are Hybrid owners and that is what is driving the number so high. Though I feel that those Hybrid owners are more of the fuel conscious "hyper-miler" type of folk - hence they're reporting their mileage results regularly using Fuelly. If I had a Hybrid and was driving it the way I normally drive, then my numbers would be MUCH lower than the 40's.

it's true that people that by hybrids are more fuel conscious, after all they did buy the hybrid model expecting to get better gas mileage, chance are they try be as good as they can with the amount of gas they use when driving. it's actually easy to spot hybrids on the road, just by the way they drive
