The mid-sized luxury hybrid segment is quite small and the MKZ Hybrid and Lexus ES hybrid are probably some of the better mid-sized luxury hybrids on the market right now. Starting MSRP's of $35,925 for the MKZ Hybrid and $39,250 for the Lexus ES hybrid, which one is better?
