I don't see a huge difference between the two. The shape is largely the same and the look is defined much more by the grill shape than the actual shape of the headlights. I think I even prefer the MKZ headlight shape. It looks more sleek, which seems more appropriate for a sedan.

Ever since seeing the new MKZ, I always disliked it's headlight design and finally I found a way Lincoln can make the new MKZ look better, that is by using the MKC concept headlight design for it's mid-cycle refresh!
