Keyless intelligent key

Bought a used 2013 mkz. Only came w one key and it was not the admin key. Bought an extra remote from dealership but instructions on lincoln.com say you have to have to active keys in order to program an extra remote. (Who has 3 remotes? But thats another story..) Is there anyway to program extra remote without taking to dealership? They want an extra 150 in addition to already purchased 200 dollar key, which is ridiculous. Any help is appreciated. Thanks
