That is great news for Ford. It is pretty significant to rise above BMW and Mercedes-Benz in that category. The MKZ is so full of tech and features that it is understandable how it won too. In the end I probably like the look of the BMW and Benz better, but I think the Lincoln is doing everything it needs to do (obviously.)

I wonder how BMW and Benz will change up their strategy to compete, and I also wonder whether this ranking will translate into better sales for Lincoln over BMW and Benz.

I've always been skeptical of these surveys. Porsche has always seemed to be up there for satisfaction.
