Inner Door handle replacement question '12 MKZ

All of the videos I have viewed for this "How To" show subtle differences on how to remove inner door panel. They cover 2006 - 2012, yet my 2012 MKZ is slightly different. Maybe my 2012 fits in this forum. I searched this forum but did not find any info. I have worked my way through to the point where I need to remove the power switch unit ( driver's side) and have hit a snag. Can someone help. Thank you in advance for any tips.
