which areas would you say it lacks on RothC?

Design is one of the area's.
I know a lot of people dislike the front end design or just think it could be better like on the MKC concept. All it would require is a more squared design.

The image I posted is either someone's idea of what the next MKS should look like or an actual rendering. Either way, it's something Lincoln needs to jump on.
