Hoping someone can answer a question about the small piece of triangular shaped glass behind the outside rear view mirror on my 2013 MKZ. I bought the car as certified from a dealer not new. These pieces of glass on my car were tinted when I got the car. I had to have the driver side replaced under warranty and the new glass is not tinted so the two side do not match. My question is, did these pieces of glass come tinted from factory? The dealer is telling me that clear, same as the side glass, is the only way they come.

On the 2013 MKZ they are clear from the factory. I ordered a 2013 MKZh and there was no option for tinted glass on the order sheet.
