I wouldn't even bother driving a car there for that price. Is it just the cost of living over their or is it really how they value the air control. consider it a luxury to even drive then pretty much.

Yup, for them it's really a luxury to even drive, it's also like that for us too but in a different way. Sucks that it's like that for them, at least with more affordable and compact Luxury vehicles becoming available they might have a chance at getting them.
