Those would be some pretty cool headlights. Right now Lincoln's headlights aren't that distinctive so it would be a good move to create a headlight that is iconic for Lincoln.

If they just offer them as an option then it won't matter quite as much how expensive they are because people can choose if they are worth the money or not.

I am also curious how well the lights like this actually light up the road. You can't tell here, but given that it is a concept its not like they had to be entirely effective. It's more about the idea than the function.

likely why you get this twinkle twinkle little star effect happening on the concept mkz, its the only way to get sufficient spread...

That could be true since the Acura jewel eye LED headlights also seem to have multiple led lights in it with plenty of materials to direct the light in different directions. I think that that could mean that the cars of the future will end up having far different looking light than we are used to now.
