As long as Lincoln does give them vehicles that works well for their Market, everything should work well for them. I know long wheel base models would be needed. LWB MKZ Hybrid to battle the LWB Q50 Hybrid in China

Remember that Infiniti is a Japanese company. I think that the Chinese will naturally be less likely to buy it simply because its Japanese. That gives Lincoln and the Americans generally a bit of a leg up on the Japanese automakers. Who ever would have thought that ethnic hatred could end up being beneficial for huge American corporations?

I could see a LWB MKZ Hybrid doing really well in China. Lincoln just needs to make sure that it gets to China quickly, as the market keeps getting more and more companies and brands selling in it.
Infiniti is already one step ahead. I doubt a lot of Chinese people will continue to hate on the Japanese, Infiniti is expanding their for a reason. The Q50 LWB is already set to make it's way their.

asia does like to buy american products. the same fascination some might have for japanese or german cars in america is the same fascination that asia has with imported brands.
That's what i noticed, Infiniti has a lot of American and European influence, it's probably why the Chinese love it, debadge it and people would probably think it's something German.

The fact that a number of car makers are setting up shop in China and making vehicle specifically for them is already a big sign that growth is happening big time in China. It's a big car maker battle now.
