Backup camera and APIM issues

I recently took my 2014 MKZ into the dealer for a faulty backup camera. It was having intermittent outages and then stayed on a reversed image. Service claimed it was fixed and when I picked it up, it was still on a reverse image, and now the touchscreen had stopped working. Another visit and I was told the APIM needed to be replaced for $900. So, I chose to go with the repair. Picked it up tonight and the touchscreen works, but the camera is exactly the same as the first visit. In reverse. So, I paid $900 to get my car back to where it was when I dropped it off. Any advice before I call service in the morning?

That's a terrible service. See if a new camera system is a better option.
