2007 MKZ. 138,000 miles

When it rain all the warning lights on the dash sometimes illuminate at the same time. Ignition off - then restart - and it's OK again for a time. Although if it keeps raining the problem re-occurs a few times per day.

This never happens when the weather is dry.

I'm not a car mechanic but it seems to me like a poorly sealed electrical connector somewhere.
Anybody have any other ideas?
Anybody have any idea where to look for the issue?
The dealer seems perpetually mystified.
