We purchased this vehicle approx. one month ago and it doesn't seem like the front heated seats are 'hot' on max setting - only luke warm. We also have a 2013 Edge Limited and the seats are twice the temp as the MKZ. Dealer says thats the way it is. My wife really like the heat in the Edge but not the MKZ. Any comment? Thanks ...

Don't you want your seat warmer to keep the seat warm and not hot? I wouldn't be so unhappy with with the seat warmers just being warm. I don't think there is much solution for you or anything. You could always return it and go with an Edge Limited.

I think hes wondering if anyone else has a similar experience...

If the dealer said thats the way it is get them to take you to a new MKZ on the lot and show you that they are all like that.

Have you tried the heated seats on other MKZ's at the dealer you went to? that would be a good start, a good way to see if it's normal.

Sorry but we only worry about the air conditioned seats here in Florida

Only way to find out is to go and compare to a MKZ in the showroom or dealer.
