When you spin the wheel in my wife's MKZ while it is stopped and moving slowly, such as turning at a stop sign, it clunks. Anyone else experience this issue?

There's many suspension and steering components that will cause a clunk noise. I usually jack one side of the car up with weight off wheel, grab top and bottom of tire and shake, looking for play somewhere. Then do same thing side to side. Common areas of cluck when turning is CV joint and control arms. Are you having distinctive wear on tires?
