I just purchased a 2013 Lincoln MKZ. Has all the bells and whistles but for some reason, when I go to turn on cruise control, nothing happens. I pressed the button on the steering wheel and I get no cruise control "on" icon. I go to settings to try to turn on either cruise control or adaptive cruise control and I can select neither. THe options are there, but when I go to select one, it never can be selected. What should I do?
