Spare tire?
 

Anyone know what the tire and wheel (rim) size is that was an option in the 13-16 MKZ? I have a 2015 Z Hybrid that I want to outfit with a REAL tire and rim if I can.

Never mind...just did a "BUY IT NOW" for a Fusion spare tire and wheel. Will yank out the foam and set the new tore/wheel ass'by in there. Install it upside down and the rim will also hold the compressor, hose and jack too.

I think selling cars with no spare tire is a bad idea. Road service people will not mess with the inflator/sealer kit. Only option is to have the car towed. Lincoln sales person never told me the MKZ hybrid had no spare tire. The service mgr. said the standard MKZ donut spare would not fit in the trunk area donut space on hybrids. Are you sure you got the right size donut? I would also like to get a donut spare for my 2016 Lincoln MKZ Hybrid. Can you provide any part # or size info on the tire so I get the right donut spare?

I bought a FUSION P/N CV6Z1015B wheel (Same P/N for Lincoln) and a T135/90-16 tire. The brand I bought was a Firestone but brand shouldn't matter so long as it that size. The wheel actually came with a smaller tire on it but very worn. I just took the new tire to a local Tire Store and had them remove the smaller tire and put on the new one. Thanks for the part # and tire size info. I followed the link you posted. That is the donut tire I will be looking to buy. Its good to know that the donut spare tire has been tried and tested on a vehicle.

Too bad that a REAL tire won't fit into the trunk!!!
