2015 MKZ Hybrid Rear Suspension Question

Does anyone else have this problem?

When i am driving about 20 mph and higher and hit a sharp bump, like a manhole cover, with one side of the vehicle it scoots to the side i hit it on, just a little but enough to feel it. Or if i'm turning on a curve and hit a bump it will scoot the the outside of the curve.
I can even feel it at highway speeds if i hit some sharp bumps on one side.

I took it in to the dealer and they said they couldn't find anything bad, suspension bushings, shocks and checked the rear alignment. The just took in on trade another 2015 MKZ and took it out on a drive and it did the same thing so they said it was inherent to the vehicle, nothing they can do about it.

Just wondering if it's a common problem, if it's inherent then more people should fell it too.
